CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Saturday evening's brisk autumn weather was perfect for Pumpkin Fest at the Holy Name School in Chicopee.
This annual event featured a haunted house as well as a variety of games. Refreshments and raffles rounded out the fun. One local family told us it's something they look forward to every year.
"It's a great time for family. My daughter goes to school here and it's good to get the kids out in a safe environment. Someplace they can all greet their classmates and have a good time," said Shane Duclos of Chicopee.
Pumpkin Fest is put on every year by parents and Elms College students who volunteer their time and energy.
